Russ's place was a sanctuary! The location is peaceful and the interior is well designed. I love the way everything is laid out. It's a great place to relax and hang out with friends and family. Enough bathrooms and laundry machines to not fight over. It's also super clean, and everything is provided for you from games, to towels, to utensils to jacuzzi and more! Russ's place is the place to stay if you need a mini vacation. Thank you for an awesome stay!

I had a wonderful weekend with friends at this beautiful property! The home itself is cozy and welcoming with an inviting den living space centered around a homely fireplace. The kitchen, porch, and dining space had a seamless connection due to a thoughtful open layout. Bedrooms were pleasant and comfortable; both bathrooms had a solid system with warmth and water pressure. The location was idyllic, with a thoughtfully manicured view that made all the difference. Food in the area is exceptional. Namely Tartaglia’s Pizza, SteEatz Mobile Food, and Mad River Coffee House. Special shoutout to the Jack Golf Course who hosted us for a round during our stay, beautiful course with caring ownership. Also, less than twenty minutes away from property. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property and we can’t wait to come back!

The place was very comfortable and homey! Loved it! Beautiful view from the deck for gorgeous sunsets. All of the amenities were great and they thought of everything. We highly recommend!

Just like in the pictures. Outside the house looks tiny but it much bigger than appears! Super clean. Plenty of space. Russ was very responsive and easy directions. It is in the mountains and the road up to the house is along a steep cliff-just plan your vehicle accordingly 😉

We stayed with our children and their children and had a wonderful time. The house is modern, beautiful and well appointed. Sectional big enough for all seven of us and an infant. The kitchen had everything we needed including a big nutribullet and plenty of coffee pods. . Bedrooms were great with comfortable mattresses with nice touches like bedside lamps with charge ports and plenty of hangers. A cute kids room charmed our six year old. He and his uncle loved the video/arcade game. The pond wasn’t swimmable but we kayaked with new life jackets watching beavers and the hot tub was wonderful. We used found wood for the fire pit and brought charcoal to grill with. One early morning I saw a bear ambling near the pond. Our six year old played and ran and enjoyed the backyard. Great day trips to Buttermilk Falls and Woodstock. Would stay again.

Our family of 5 stayed for a full week and had such a wonderful stay! We come to this area often but stay with friends, so it was lovely to have our own space! It’s so convenient as it’s located right off of Route 4, so it’s easy to get places. Russ was extremely communicative/responsive/accommodating! Can’t wait to come back!

Russ's place wowed us. The house is beautifully built with lot's of natural light and an airy spacious feel. Everything is new and clean -- from the comfortable furnitures to the thoughtful amenities. It is easy to notice and enjoy the careful attention to details all around the house.
The place is secluded and perfect for unwinding. We also loved the beautiful beach at Echo Lake state park nearby.
Communication with Russ was easy -- he's responsive, helpful, and enjoyable to interact with.

Beautiful place with mountains view. Clean space. Russ is very responsive and communicative he makes sure that everything is working well. I love this experience with my kids. I'm looking forward to come back again next time and discover other places Russ offers.

Russ’ place was exactly as described. Stayed up here in the summer for a full week with 2 teenagers, and never saw anyone bored. There’s TONS of stuff at the community center to keep your young teens and even younger ones entertained for hours on end. The pools at the center are HEATED!
We cooked great meals nearly every night. The kitchen has most of what you’ll need, and we were able to improve easily if some of the things you have at home, aren’t here.
Plenty of room for a family to sprawl out, with all the bedrooms on the lower level and the living area upstairs. It made for a great hangout area to talk, laugh and watch movies.
We went zip lining at Alpine Adventure in Lincoln, and rented a side by side to rip through Jericho. It was a wonderful feeling knowing we had Russ’ place to come back to each day, at the end of our adventurous days.
We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to unwind and be immersed in the here and now.

A casa entrega tudo que promete, voltaremos mais vezes, a casa é exatamente como está nas fotos, é uma casa onde eu viveria por toda minha vida , foi triste ter que ir embora , foi maravilhoso passa esses dias nessa casa incrível.
